Kwame Harris, also known as The Human Penalty, is a secret agent masquerading as an NFL offensive lineman.

He was placed in the NFL by agents of the NFL officiating department in order to gather as many examples of the holding penalty as possible to put on their training tapes. He has been so successful at this job that they have since been able to create a 24-hour montage/cure for insomnia, featuring every penalty it's possible for a lineman to commit, solely starring The Human Penalty himself.

Crimson Ghost is extremely accomplished at being able to pick out plays that will imminently be negated thanks to The Human Penalty and announce the penalties to his friends before the referee does. Whether this is a blessing or a curse is a matter for some debate.
